To make an account inactive, navigate to Manage Accounts in the Organisation Admin panel. Find the relevant account by entering the email address and click Deactivate Account.




The account is deactivated and this user is now blocked and the user with this account is now blocked to log in to the system. Note that for deactivated users, no license costs are charged and deactivated users are not counted in the license plan of the eLabProtocols Private Cloud or On-Premise installation.
