To make an account inactive, navigate to Manage Accounts in the System Admin Panel. Find the relevant account by entering the email address and click Deactivate Account




The account is deactivated and this user now blocked and the user with this account is blocked to login to the system. Note that for deactivated users, no license costs are charged and deactivated users are not counted in license plan of the eLabProtocols Private Cloud or On-Premise installation.
